Adhesive backed photobase vs printable vinyl

I recently won this at a local auction I was wondering if anyone knows what the biggest differences are to lets say like a orajet 3651 ? Can I use this instead of vinyl for like stickers or would it not be recommended? I would use a Roland vp300 to print
I've been trying to find online but no luck.
Any advise would help thank you!

Ideally you use a D, or a P, though you could use an L or a Pw.

Yeah, looks like this is more of an art reproduction media - hence the 'giclee' in the product name. Maybe the adhesive backing is to aid in mounting to foam board?
