Hello everyone.
I am coming to you for some clarification/information.
I have been working on 4 SG2-300s and 1 SG3-300 for several months. I don't have any approved training and I had various problems with the cutting parameters.
I work on monomeric vinyl 100 microns thick and I use Versawork software as well as Angle 50°, Offset 0.25 mm blades, Reference ZEC-U5025.
I always manage to have clean cuts, however my parameters can vary enormously and I would like to know the maximum force not to exceed so as not to damage the machines.
Attached is a screen of my settings.
When the blade is new, I start with a punch force of 110-115 for a clean cut, but with wear I go up to 240 currently and the cuts are clean.
I would therefore like to know how high it is recommended to increase the perforation force.
Also maybe some of my settings need to be reviewed.
Thank you in advance for your advice.
