Advice please for West System Epoxy / E6000 adhesive hazy film

This sign was created using West System epoxy and acrylic letters mounted with E6000 adhesive.
After a year and a half of exposure to the elements, there is a hazy film appearance. It seems to be coming from glue residue or foggy epoxy.
How can we remove this?
Will spraying a clear coat of urethane help? Or more epoxy? Is there any way to clean/remove it?
Seeking advice from anyone with a similar experience, thank you.

Head bathroom cleaner.
1st off, most epoxies have no UV inhibitors in them and break down as a result. Some just yellow and some will completely come apart.
I always use a good clear over any epoxy we use. We have layed up a lot of carbon fiber over the years using west systems and always clear coated the parts.

You could try and sand the face with 600 wet and see if the haze comes and then clear it.
