I use Avast, Malwarebytes and AdAware which seems to be catching everything now. I did get some nasty Trojans a while back before I knew about Malwarebytes, which eradicated the problem after using it!

I used malwarebytes yesterday on a customer's pc with good results. he had a few of those popup pcviruspro kind of adwares.
