After Printing Vinyl feeding out

Hi All

I have a mutho 1614 and running production house 10 , after it has finished printing the design the printer then starts to spool the rest of the vinyl out , it looks like it is feeding it down as low as the take up roll
is there some setting i have missed somewhere?
When i print from caldera it finishes printing and stops immediately with out feeding out any more vinyl .
