Anybody wrapped an Air Stream Trailer? Will 3M IJ 180C work or is there a better product?

Anybody wrapped an Air Stream Trailer? Will 3M IJ 180C work or is there a better product?

I am assuming whoever wants to wrap an airstream does not look at them as collectable. My uncle used to build them and he would freak to find out someone was going to wrap one. Especially if it is an older one.

also be careful to really clean it. the metal has oils in it that are tough to get off. 180 v3 has worked for me

Haven't done a full wrap but did print and cut graphics on one. And yes, requires much cleaning...used Zylene to cut the oils on it. And used IJ-180 as well.

180 is fine.

Clean thoroughly with PURPLE POWER and scrub brush with hose.
Then clean entire trailer using PAINT PREP.
Then do your normal cleaning.

The paint prep gets off all the oils and greases that are on the metal!

I'm having her buff the entire van with a compound and then we can clean with purple power and By Paint Prep you are referring to xylene or naphtha?
