After not using it for a while, I was trying with no luck to get GoSign to connect with my S2T75 on a different computer. I worked at it for a while, not wanting to admit defeat and rebooted the computer the cutter numerous times, even tried another computer, reloaded the drivers a couple of time and still nothing. I didn't want to do it but I needed to get up and running so I called Airmark technical service. They had me going in a few minutes. These guys walk their talk and it was good to have a company that is so responsive. Just wanted to share how helpful they were.
