There are a few vendors I would like to thank for putting up with my repeated calls and question , during my Falcon Jr rebuild, and I figure for the sake of not listing all in separate thank you threads I would do it in this one


First and foremost Tim and Bobby at Cibersupply . These guys (ESP. Tim) have put up with repeated calls and pm's. These guys are truly Top Notch

second I would like to give a shout-out to Graphix Network for the help , even though you guys could find the problem. You guy know your stuff!!

My first problem ended up being a bad print server and Thomas Moyer From SEH-Technology inc. Chief Technology Officer has spent hours on the phone with me Figuring everything out ... True quality customer service !!!:U Rock:

For the second problem - the will not print black

Victor N. from CYMKparts.com for checking over the parts I purchased from them and telling me my alignment was on !!!

The people From SAinternational for taking over my laptop and checking all the software and making sure it is ok.

Last but not least Mutoh International for reminding me to re-load the software ( all the profiles were not checked , so they didnt load). Thanks
