Any engravers here using Xenetech equipment?

I have a problem. For some reason jobs won't "send" to our engravers. Unplugged everything, re-started the programs, etc.

Everything worked fine yesterday.

Anyone with an idea?

We use rolands, so its probly no help...but.
We can put the files we want to send onto a SD card and plug them into the roland and run them from the SD card...no PC needed. We have used that in a jam to get things done. I dont know if your engraver has a SD slot to do this though.

Just a thought.

Update.

Ok....we now know that it most likely has nothing to do with the software and the hardware.

It's our network within our company. Two work stations are not sharing files for some reason off our NAS.

I'll try and get to the bottom of it.
