I'm no font expert, im not an expert at all, but if i had to recreate this I would type it in a century schoolbook bold (signlab).. and then make it a low quality image and send it to my auto vectorizer and the results would be similar.

Looks to be CASLON ANTIQUE VL with a stroke added for weight and compressed.
