spoke with them already, they wont service this machine
the problem is a E068 as soon as it gets past the startup screen right to the error

Hi from Ossining....Scarsdale is pretty close.....are you the print shop across from 7-Eleven on central ave?

Anyways, we have a valuejet as well....never needed service but we bought the machine from Hyatts. They have a traveling tech, might help to give them a call even though they're way upstate.

Decided on purchasing a new valuejet 64" so i will be parting out our falcon II soon
also big thanks to Hudson Sign Co for all the help

Call GEI Calgraph. It's pricey if you don't have a contract with them and you may be waiting a while for them to get to you - really. They are that busy. At least it'll be fixed.
