any one know where to find this bracket....

First off, let me say no I do not have a photo. Customer called me and described it to me. I know what he wants, just cannot seem to find it. Basically, if you have ever been to a hospital and seen the code flags above the doors they are on a hinge and can swing perpendicular to the wall or lay flat against the wall. I need that bracket to hold a 6" tall interior sign. Anyone ever run across a bracket like that? Sorry for the lack of real details, that's all I have.

Sounds like a standard direct mount bracket, but hinged or something so it can lay flat? I can't say I've seen one before, but it may exist.
