It has an head out. Also it has the upgraded heavy takeup/feed reel.

Does it have a value for parts?

My advice is please think it twice.
1, you have to consider the whole printer condition, becuase it is a old printer;
2, it use DX2 head, is slowly;
3, it use DX2 head, this printer head is not easy to find
Just advice, good luck.

As far as the head I know they are around just not interested in making repairs to an older machine.
