Anyone have or know where to get...

Needing a 2mm ink plastic line for a prismjet 62, i found 2 places that list it but one could not get my order shipped for a month for some reason (solvent inkjit) and the othe never answers the phone (cmykparts) so i am in real need for this line, the printer has been down for a month thanks to the first mentioned place.

Thanks for any help.
