Anyone know this font?

Anybody have any clue what this font might be?
I guess that the customer is pretty set on this exact font,
even though they have no clue what it is & can't give us any
info on it.
Any info would be cool.

it's an MS font....but i can't think of the name for the life of me...

Thanks..That might help a bit...some where to start at least.
It looks familiar..but we can't place it. Found several similar,
but not quite exact.

honestly, it looks like the font from the old PCs with the orange and black screens....

Chicago was the PC clone of the default MAC font back in the day!
