Chief Bezier Manipulator
does not look professional. Probably custom. Most script fonts have connectors that line up with one another so that no matter what letter you type, they flow together and connect. This lettering does not exhibit those traits

^ Yep. The Os are different. And if it were a font, the first part of the "m" and "n" would be the same, as well.
