Anyone purchase fonts from letterheadfonts?

Hey guys, first off I'm new to the forums and site. Secondly I recently purchased a font from letterhead for a project, they took payment and its been 3 days and I still haven't been able to download my font. They don't have any contact numbers. Ive emailed them politely and nothing. Just wondering if this is the norm for them or if anyone else has had this issue with them. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

That's unusual. What link are you using? There seem to be several other sites out there that use the term "letterhead" in their marketing, so be careful.

I've ordered a few fonts from them...they're awesome people to work with, and we've never had a moment's trouble.

While they don't have a telephone number listed, they do seem to have a fairly comprehensive web contact page. Double check your spam/security settings to see if that isn't the problem.

Yeah, I was going to say, I have never had any issues with them... if there are any issues, I would suspect that it would be on your end. Like James B said, check your spam filters.

They are one of 2 font sites that I use (the other being signdna.com), and I know for a fact that they are 110% above board...

I just wished I had the money to buy all their fonts....they have some awesome styles.
