Looks like I stumped the group!
As much as I would like to think this is not an actual font, this is just a small company that doesn't even have an office logo, just this embroidered jacket!
They don't even remember where they got it.

I gave up looking and did it the old fashioned way!

You did a good job. I really think this was designed by someone. Even if it started out as a font they altered it by hand. You can do that by turn the font letters into curves and altering it.
