Applying gloss logo over full matte wrap

Hi all, I'm planning on fully wrapping my own vehicle in a matte laminated print and then applying my logo in the centre gloss laminated, over the top of the matte obviously. The area the logo is going is relatively flat, I'm just wondering if there are any issues here as far as shrinkage etc seeing there'll be two layers instead of one? Any help appreciated.
