Its supposed to be lower initial tack, easier slideability, and no adhesive separation. We haven't played with the new formula much yet but the few things we have done in a side by side comparison have been promising.... down side is its only on their calendared vinyls right now.

Anyway, I just used Arlon's cast laminate for the first time yesterday, and I used it on Oracal. All I know is, I'm using a big squeegee, and that stuff laid down better than any Oracal material I've used as laminate in the past five years. It was great.
