Hey All,
Avery 1105 shop here. We're testing out some samples of the Arlon SLX+/ 3210 lam. Initial thoughts were terrific low initial tac and the ability to easily reposition the vinyl. Where we ran into issues is when trying to stretch around areas such as a bumper or sticking to plastic like the body molding of a Transit Connect. Even with heat the material didn't want to stretch easily when pulled, and the tack on the vinyl is just not enough for the body molding. What are you seeing with this Arlon vinyl in regards to its ability to stretch and adhere to challenging areas? Is there a different Arlon vinyl/lam combo you are using that might be better suited to addressing these issues?
Thanks,
Adam
