Attractive sign design

Hi,
I'm running an office for 3 years. Now, its good and stable. So, we are planning to make it attractive by adding some creativity to it. we need to recreate the interior design to start with. Then, will have to look forward for the outward design. I would like to know your suggestions.
We plan to have a eye catchy board in front of the office. I read an article which lists the tips https://www.newstylesigns.com/blog/best-signs/design-tips-creating-eye-catching-signs/ . I hope it will help. Need your suggestions. I think signs are better.
Hope to move with the idea unless and until a negative suggestion pops up. Hoping for the best.
