awesome printed rc car internal decal help me identify how they do it

hi i saw a video in youtube with a printed decal for rc cars that is flexible and the result is really cool but is in a language i dont understand can some one help me identify the material they use or a similar one i can buy in the U.s i would love to make one for my cars
and have no idea how to do this any help is apreciated

I did read the translation
and have tryed this with papilio clear vinyl but my issue is that it doesnot go on the curves really nice and when i spray paint the ink runs.

Looks like it's printed on waterslide clear decal. What they're poorly explaining is that the yellow tape is just paint mask. Because the decal is transparent the graphics all have to be back sprayed with white first.

Not really that difficult. The water slide decal gives you plenty of time to position it and work it into corners and lettering it on the inside of the clear bodies all the seams just disappear.

Why not just print reverse on clear, then laminate with white, and contour cut. once youve dont that, you have a face adhering decal and you can spray the inside whatever color you want,

i could do that but by doing so when cars get beat up the decals take the beating so by doing the inside i prevent this from happening
and to my opinion it looks more professional.
ill still give it a try to see the looks of it
