B2Sign vinyl graphic problem

I just purchased quite a few 50"x65" graphics from B2sign and delivered them to my client. Client calls up and says that they are peeling right back off the truck. I haven't been there or seen the problem, but I want to know if anyone else has had any problems with b2sign products. According to the description of the vinyl it should be...
Adhesive Vinyl

$1.25 per ft2

Our Adhesive Vinyl uses a 4mil white PVC film with a clear permanent adhesive backing. It is ideal for outside use and perfect for flat surface applications.

Features:

Maximum Size: 52" High X 159' Wide

Resolution: High resolution digitally printed at 720 x 720. Printed on one side only.

Usage: Indoor or Outdoor; Waterproof and UV safe that will last for years

Material Options:
• 4 mil. Gloss Permanent Adhesive
• 4 mil. Matte Permanent Adhesive

So, looking at description, I should have no problems at all. Right????? Now I have to go out and explain why $3500 worth of graphics are worthless.

You have quite a few questions to ask you and your customer before blaming the supplier.

Were these applied to the truck by your customer ?? If so, were they cleaned properly, were they handled properly, did they use wet or dry method, what were the conditions while installing them, did they post heat or go over any unusual bumps or obstructions ?? You need pictures before getting all upset. You should go to them and see for yourself the actual problems.

Also, was it a full bleed with lotsa colorant along the cut edges ??

did you do the install. did the customer or someone else install it.
thats the first place i would look is at the actual install.
what you ordered should stick to most things. but there are factors involved that will cause install issues.
a lot of what i do is on used vehicles. oxidation is my biggest problem. them grease and grim.
i have some vehicles come in that used to have some kind of logo on the. at some point they was removed and the ghost of the image was removed with paint and a paint roller.
so i would recommend you work this problem backwards to see where it failed. start with the install, then move to delivery and handling, then to b2sign.

Yes, I know. I did kind of jumped the gun, but... I did kind of think about it after posting and thought to myself, is the truck clean, are they doing a wet install or a dry, do they know what they are doing to begin with. So, I will wait until I actually see the product being applied. When I received the graphics from b2sign, I noticed that the adhesive didn't seem as tacky as the other vinyl I use, so that is where my main concern is. I just hope they didn't send me a removable vinyl instead of a permanent adhesive.

Client install = zero warranty. No whining, no replacements etc... I am quite clear about this and it is on their invoice.

I wouldn't be using that type of vinyl on vehicles personally. I agree that there is no warranty if the customer installs as there are just too many variables for failure. John

Yea, I just panicked. No problem. There was a little bubble under some laminate and he thought the laminate was not sticking to the vinyl. Will that go away eventually? I know that a bubble under vinyl will eventually go away. Yes, I can stick it with a pin, but I don't like opening up the vinyl where other things can enter, water, dirt, whatever. A couple of smaller pieces I hand laminated with a biq squeegee and left a couple of bubbles or like I said, gasout. With customer install, I don't warranty against damage while installing, but do warranty against material manufacturer defect.
