Bad nozzle test Sawgrass VJ-628 (sublimation)

I have tried most known things to get it better, but according to Sawgrass support, I need a new printhead.
That is costly. Especially for a almoust new, little used printer.

Upon search on google, I find nothing. Or just verry little.

Now. Advices is needed and wanted. Is there a way to fix this without a new printhead?

usually once you need a new print head there is no other way to fix it but what's the problem? Generally unless you're getting a ton of bad deflections you can soak or gently flush sublimation heads to fix a lot of problems. But if you've already gone through that then yes, you may be stuck getting a new head. I have a barely used VJ-628 sitting here that I need to look at at some point but it's sitting so long I'm guessing the head is toast:/ We got it to complement our larger machines but no one liked the interface and most of our files were already set up in cmyk so redoing them in rgb just for the rip just wasn't worth it.
