Everything had been doing good but started this morning with more banding. Printed some large flags and has banding, Made a new file for another customer and it has banding. Its not really extreme but you can tell it is there. Does not matter on the color other than you dont see it in the black but i mix all my black 60/60/60/100.

No change in media, way i design it, program i used to design and to print. Sent the file same way, using same material and same profile along with all same settings.

Banding is along direction of the print head.

Because you have a no-name printer, it is very difficult for anyone to give you help on that model.

Sorry about that. Its a mutoh 1324. It has all new lines, New dampers, New encoder. This was done about 4 months ago. Has been printing fine but everything i print today has banding in it.

Here is another one to add a kink to the plot. I printed four 8 foot long American flags they were coiled up in the corner and my boss accidentally knocked one over scratching a bunch of the ink off one of them. So I set the printer back up to print another one between jobs and for some reason about four to five foot into printing the flag the printer decided that it wanted to clean. So after it cleaned I was watching The Print and noticed that the colors has completely changed. The flags red stripes were a dark maroonish color and now they're very light maroon. This printer becomes more and more interesting and frustrating at the same time everyday.
