Banding Issue

I didn't use my printer for a little while unfortunately and I am now having a banding issues. The pictures are attached here are a couple of things I have done so far, also it supposed to be navy and grey banding is noticeable in grey not as bad in blue but there

Head Soak for about an hour - Might try over night not sure yet
Wiped the Encoder strip with rubbing alcohol
Numerous Medium and Power Cleans
Cleaned around the heads.

Could it be a bad capping station? Is it possible to fix this easily? I am trying to print a job for this weekend and of course no suppliers are open. Thanks guys

Adam

The place to start with horizontal banding is with an assessment of nozzle performance - this is true of all inkjet printers, regardless of ink chemistry. Print and assess the printer's nozzle test print. From that printed pattern, you will likely see evidence of the root cause of the problem, in the form of missing and/or misdirected nozzles.

Solvent printers are notorious for needing to be exercised regularly, and any prolonged period of inactivity (more than several days) can cause nozzle problems. Please post the nozzle test pattern, and then people will likely be able to offer more specific suggestions to remediate the issue.

Ive went over 5 days with my printer shut down, I would try running cleaning solutions thru the lines and printhead, then do 4 heavy cleaning and finish it off by printing 3 inch cmyk squares, I just had to do this yesterday from my valuejet down waiting on a part to come, and mine up and printing nice again.
