Banner Printing

Hey Guys. Need to know what setting to change on my VJ 1204 to print on some Banner material? I've been printing on 3651. Do I need to change heat settings as well? What do you recomend for banner material?

You gotta use a profile for the media.

We use the Mutoh ones DSUltra from their website.

Drop your heater settings to around 32 and use a banner or poster profile. Mutoh all in one works alright too...

I'm using flexi 8.5 to rip. What do ya'll recommend for banner material?

I use the Flexcon v400f banner profile I think. I use Ultrflex Jetflex material and it is the only factory setting that prints perfect!! I have to tweak profiles to print on anything else!--Phillip

I print on 13oz JetFlex with Onyx...
using the Mutoh DSUltra Scrim Banner VJ profile.

I will second that. I always print my banners with the head in the high position.
