Need Help Banner stand

Hi. A client brought me a couple of banner stands that he wants me to put a new banner into however, I have never seen this type of top. I don't know how to remove the old banner. I would think the banner is maybe stuck to this inside piece and maybe it slides out of one end? Has anybody ever worked with this banner stand?

We used to use similar, and would trim off the old one a couple of inches from the top. Then banner tape the new one, so the old was at the back, and hidden.

Yea it's just taped to the wedge. You have to push the wedge in (sometimes takes some taps with a screwdriver and hammer) and then it'll let you slide it out the end.
