Been waiting a month now for FB700 Cleaning Kit

I have been waiting on a FB700 cleaning kit for over a month now and am told I might be lucky to one in the first or second week of September; is this normal for this kit and for HP? Half of one of our White heads is 50% out. I always forget how annoying HP equipment is until I wind up having to work with it (I do love the Indigo, though).

Order from a different distributor. Last time I ordered the cleaning kit my usual distributor was out so I went with Grimco and got it in a couple of days.

It might be a dumb question, but which part of that kit are you waiting on specifically?

I need the wipers, the ones that are on it right now look like they should have been replaced 2 or more years ago. It is HP who is out fo the product, not any of the vendors we used. So I am waiting over a month for HP to get the part before they can send it to one of our vendors. Someone really should start making after market parts for HPs.
