bending pvc

I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation on bending 3mil pvc for hanging on a wire. The customers sample is 14" tall with a 2" lip, about 21" in length. If it was one, i would heat gun it. I need to do 100, and i'm sure there has to be a product out there to help things go quick and remain consistent. Thank you in advance for any suggestions.

You can buy heaters made just for this all you need to do it setup a jig some you can bend 100 exactly the same.

You can buy the heating strips from Tap Plastics. Intended use is for acrylic but Im sure it would work with PVC as well.

Plastic sheet bender

Here is a video showing nice DIY plastic sheet bender and although it is being made for Acrylic plastic I have used mine for PVC plastic sheeting.

I am going to build one of these. I have hundreds of feet of the nichrome wire at home that I use for making coils for my e cigs. Now I have another use for the wire.

I would need to test how much wire is needed. I think I will have to double it up the thickest I have currently is 28awg. Also have 30awg and 32awg.

I dadoed out a piece of plywood then put several layers of fiberglass insulating wrap in the dado then the heater. Heater sits just below the surface. Works a treat.
