Best laminate to use with Substance Vinyl

I'm looking for advice on Substance material. We ordered their vinyl & laminate, but the graphics seem WAY too thick by the time they're laminated. We've done motocross for years & have never had graphics this thick on our bikes. I'm just wondering if there is a thinner (high quality) outdoor laminate that would work just as well with the substance vinyl, or if its better to use a different vinyl & stick with the substance laminate?? Any advice or suggestions would help!

I haven't, but we've been wondering if the convex is as thick as the substance.

Call Substance and see if they have a thinner laminate.

there is a 8mm available from convex.... also LG make a thin laminate for this type of application....
