Best Material for 5'x5' Decal on Painted Cinderblock in High Humidity Pool Area

I have a customer that wants a 5' x 5' decal affixed to a painted cinder-block wall inside a pool area. The humidity is very high and I don't know what material I would use that could withstand the humidity AND stick on the wall. Any help would be appreciated.
