I got this observation from a print forum I belong to.
Have you seen the ad for Office Depot that shows an independent barber faced with a "Big Box" low price shop across the street?
What does he do? He goes to Office Depot instead of a local sign shop to have banners made to highlight is value added service.
their message says fight the Big Box by patronizing another big Box.
