Billboard materials install advice

Hi all; i am planning on running a 10' x 20' (4 pc - 5' x 10' alupanel 3mm) billboard for a friend on my fb 500 UV flatbed. Since this is a friend we are using him as a bit of a guinea pig /trial and error situation. He currently has the signs posts and backing plywood in place. I was planning on printing them on my uv flatbed without lamination, 4 pieces - 5' x 10' sheets on 3mm alupanel, mounted to the plywood with metal roofing screws (??). I choose metal roofing screws as the are very durable and come in many different colours so that they are not as visible in the print. I use my fb500 for wholesale signage (mostly coroplast lawn / real estate signs) so installation is relatively new to me and alupanel is also only slightly familiar to me as well. I am not very familiar with other substrates, dibond, Crezon, etc. I appreciate any comments on above materials, mounting etc. Thanks!

We have a sign company who does their billboards with coroplast panels + gloss overlam and it looks like garbage, because it deforms, and does not keep flat. Dibond is the way to go, keeps flat. Also, there is an option to print solid 10x20 ft banner, will be a one piece, but probably a bit harder to install. I would laminated your panels if they need to last, but use mat lam. As for installation, pretty much any screws will be fine
