Designing a guy some business cards for his new wrecker biz. He wants to put BBB member on them. I asked, "are you a member of the BBB"? "No, but I will be". I've never ran into on this situation before. I've never had anyone wanting BBB member on anything before.
A) Should I tell him to wait until he's an actual member, which may or may not happen, I don't think joining the BBB is free?
B) Go ahead and add the member of BBB to the cards?
My thinking is you have to be an actual member to advertise as such, and to be allowed to use the BBB logo, etc. I'm looking to cover my ***.
