Black line leaking?

Hello Chiefs:

I have a Mutoh 1204 and just replaced the head. I was not getting ink in the line so I decided to syringe the lines above the dampers. I was able to pull the ink in all the lines except one of the black lines. Has anyone experienced this before? Does it mean that there is a leak somewhere in the line? I will appreciate your assistance.

The printer has 4 ink lines - one for each color. Every lines has a splitter before dampers. So, for check you have to close second damper and pull from first. And opposite. I think you have a leakage in damper connection. Check a rubber ring under the nut. Maybe cut end of pipe a little.
