Black print head-Falcon Outdoor

I know this machine is an antique. But I am stuck with it. Within the last year
I have replaced heads two times on this printer and now I am looking at
changing them once again. Only the black deteriorates while the others
continue to print just fine. I'm wondering if it's something to do with the black
ink it's self. Seems as though is started when we had to switch over to
the Eco solvent ultra inks. I just can't spend $800 a year replacing heads.

Anyone else experience this? Anyone else still using this Antique?....

Mine is doing the exact same thing, I'm switching to Bordeaux ink and on the other colors I have noticed that it has actually cleared up the nozzles a bit. The mutoh black will not be going back in.
