blowing ceramic fuse falcon outdoor

Can the ceramic fuse on the power supply board be replaced with a glass fuse of the same amps and voltage. I originally had a short that caused the ceramic fuse to blow. I had things opened up so that the boards were exposed while printing and something got into the board while it was running and shorted. Is it most likely the glass fuse and I need to get a ceramic one again or do I have a bigger problem.

I got some help today and found out that I have a bad diode, rectifier, and possible chip. Does anyone have an electrical schematic of the mutoh falcon outdoor 46" of at least the power supply board if not all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you find one please let me know, I'm looking for the schem for the Falcon Outdoor 62 which I'm told is the same as the 48"model.
