BN-20 Cutting Material Requirement

so I am looking to shorten the amount of material and the top and bottom of the registration marks..

--Side note, can the registration marks be moved?


so Is there a way to make the printer start printing at the edge or at least within 1" of the end.. and then how do I know how much material i HAVE to have at the end for the rollers to still engage and be able to cut the material
