With the exception of the upper serif on the lowercase "s" I'd say it's ITC Century Std Ultra Condensed Italic

Yes, that looks like it - thanks. I wonder what's up with that s.

Forgot to mention that the sample image has some distortion to it; taken from an angle. Not sure why customers find it impossible to take a photo straight-on.
