Budget Laminator

I'm looking for a low cost Laminator for mounting printed vinyl to boards or metal. It doesn't need heat or very many options. The one thing I would like is pretty good speed for mounting. Any recommendations?

Have you tried looking at the Big Squeegee product? I don't know if it would work for you or not.
