I got a kick out of this one lol. Your butt pushed the cartridge like a lever and it pushed the ink near end sensor just enough to trigger the machine into thinking the cartridge is near end. Unfortunately, the machine remembers the chip and will not allow it to be full again. You are going to need to find a new chip. Sometimes 3rd part ink sellers will have them and there is a slight chance that a Mimaki dealer will work with you. I'm sure there is a merchant member on here with some chips for sale.
I predict the next post will be someone telling you to take the battery out of your main board to reset the machine. Although this does work, it also resets other settings on your printer and can be a headache.
LOL thank you Vander! I do believe i will be calling you in the near future for a printhead. The black is missing nozzles at the the end of it and some are deflected, making the black pretty nasty looking for stripes on race cars and numbers...
