We kept coming up short when buying ink so we started to track down the problem and during our testing it seems like CostProof is greatly misrepresenting the amount of ink used.
We tested this by actually weighing a bottle of ink before and after the print job to see how much was actually used compared to what CostProof was reporting and found we are actually using 3X the ink that CostProof says! As you can imagine this is giving the bean counters conniption fits.
Does anybody know how CostProof determines the ink usage or is there a configuration someplace that might have an incorrect parameter?
Thanks
