Caldera printing problems to HP Latex 26500

We are having on going problems with files crashing while printing. The files are not very large but they may not print at all or print 99% then the printer fails. It provides several different error codes. Is anyone else having this problem?
Same files print fine on our FB 500.
All equipment is brand new
