Wondering if anybody out there can help me with this odd issue.
I am using Sign Wizard 6.5 with a Camm-1 Pro GX-300 and everything is cutting 2% smaller than what it should be. (i.e. 100mm box ends up cutting 98mm). It could have been happening for quite a while as I have only noticed it when doing some big cuts (i.e. over 1m and ended up 20mm shorter.) I generally don't cut anything over 500mm long so it hasn't been all that noticeable.
I have checked the scale setting in Sign Wizard plot manager and it is set to 1 which is no scaling. In fact according to all the setting in the plot manager it should be cutting exactly the same as the layout, which is why I am thinking it is the plotter.
I have had a chat to a few others I know in the sign game and they have never heard of this. They also use Sign Wizard with a Roland plotter.
