I was Reading in another thread that 8.1 wont work if re-sold and installed. Is this correct?

Talked to my Salesman in the area he said if have dongle with password and disk its ok to buy

When Flexi 7 is upgraded to Flexi 8, a new key is issued and Flexi 7 key is erased. The old keys are marked as "Upgraded" and no longer qualify for future updates or support.
