Can I get an opinion on this Test Draw?

I have an oportunity to pick up another Mimaki CJV33 for nix. But this is the test print it has produced.
One of the black K channels is hardly firing. Is this a pump/damper slight blockage issue or a call for a new head?

DIY Printer Fixing Guide
It looks like a cap top and possible pump issue for sure but you won't know for sure until you install those parts. You could get them in and it only improves a little or it completely fixes the issues. I don't see any electrical or physical damage indicators though.
