Can I push cleaning fluid through the lines with a syringe

I'm workin on an old falcon jr....

I am replacing the heads and dampers because it was sitting.

I don't have a set of cleaning carts. I was wondering if I can force cleaning fluid back through the lines with a syringe?

Any Ideas?

Typically you draw it through....not push. Push would likely blow the dampers.

ifyou want to clean lines, just make sure you disconnect both ends and create drainage!
common sense!

I was gonna take the dampers off...

I have an old set of empty carts.. Could I plug those in and use them to catch the fluid I would be pushing back through?
