cannot parse file

i've had this error before, can't remember what to do or why it says it can't parse the file? any help? thanks

I've had this happen when people email me EPS files created from Corel ... I don't know what it means or how to fix it. I usually just ask them to send me another file format, usually a PDF.

Are you importing an EPS file into Flexi, or did you export the EPS from Flexi?

Sorry for the delay...

I'm not sure. The only time I've had issues with EPS files from Flexi is because I had large raster images embedded into the file.

Have you tried exporting as a PDF or AI file?

sometimes this happens when your canvas size is out of range for illustrator, possibly scale it all down in flexi (its vector so it dont matter) then export another EPS.
